2. Orders & Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of placing your order.
3. Delivery & Collection
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on demand and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. For collection orders, please arrive within the specified collection window.
4. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
We take allergens seriously and provide allergen information on our menu. However, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before ordering. We accept no liability for reactions caused by undisclosed allergens.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order has been accepted and preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Table Bookings
Table bookings are requests and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or amend a booking. Repeated no-shows may result in booking privileges being removed.
